Frequently asked questions
Does offduty work with any Gmail account?
Yes. Offduty works with personal Gmail (@gmail.com) and Google Workspace accounts. Connect as many Gmail accounts as you like.
Will I lose any emails?
No. Offduty applies a label to incoming messages and removes it at delivery time. Nothing is deleted or moved out of Gmail. Your email stays in your account at all times.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 30 days, you'll need to subscribe to keep offduty active. If you don't subscribe, email holding stops and your inbox returns to normal. All held messages are released immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No immediate cutoff.
How does offduty access my Gmail?
Offduty uses the official Gmail API via Google OAuth. We request only the permissions needed to apply and remove labels on your messages. We never store your emails or share your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
